For the last week or so, instead of my daily sketching, I spent my sketch time working on a small oil sketch or painting, (not really sure what the difference is sometimes).
I have found I can use oils on paper and they don’t wrinkle the paper at all like water colors do so I just go for it in my regular sketch books, though this one is actually on a heavier piece of paper.
I enjoy working with oils the most right now, I like the way they go down and take their time drying.
