The figure drawing session at AWE on Saturday, 2/9/19, went well I thought. I just grabbed some crayola markers, these are some things left over from kids etc. they have been sitting around forever. They are sort of half dried up which makes the nice for sketching I think. I grabbed a few colors and went with it.
Starting on large newsprint with one minute and then five minute sketches...
Then we moved on to some longer poses, 10 and 20 minute:
...and finished with some 25 minute poses. I struggled a bit with these so they look a little overworked but I think overall I am getting better at it.
